Fees & Payment

I charge different rates for a diagnostic consultation, a 30 minute medication management visit, and a 45 minute psychotherapy or psychoanalysis session. At present, I do not participate in any general commercial insurance panels. If your insurance provides reimbursement for out-of-network treatment, I will provide you with a statement for services rendered which you may submit to your carrier. I will also complete insurance company forms that must be filled out by the treating physician for you to receive such out-of-network reimbursement.

My office is located at 110 East 40th Street, Suite 707, New York, New York 10016 in the Grand Park Office Condominiums. This is between Park and Lexington Avenues, two blocks from Grand Central Station.
